Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, community, and services of Coach Comma LLC (“Coach Comma,” “we,” “us”). By using our website, submitting a form, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Coach Comma provides education, coaching, community access, and related resources for the parents of competing athletes, across all sports. Our current membership offering is The Front Seat. Details, inclusions, and pricing are published on the offer page and confirmed at checkout.
We may add, change, or retire programs over time. The terms that apply to you are the ones in effect when you purchase, together with any separate agreement you sign.
2. Eligibility
The Front Seat is a community for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, purchase a membership, or participate. Membership is personal to you and to the co-parent or guardian in your household, and is not transferable outside it.
Minors do not have accounts in The Front Seat and do not participate in the calls or the community.
3. Free Resources
We offer free resources, including the Car Ride Home Framework™, our newsletter, and publicly available video content. These are provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes and do not guarantee any specific athletic, academic, or personal outcome.
Some free resources contain affiliate links. Where they do, we say so on the page. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Coach Comma LLC at the number provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Program: Coach Comma text updates — tips, resources, event and appointment reminders, and program information.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP at any time, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We will never sell or share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. The Front Seat — Membership & Billing
- It is a monthly subscription. Billing recurs automatically each month on the date you joined, and continues until you cancel.
- Price. The Front Seat is $397 per month. The Family Huddle, if added, is $97 per month and is billed separately. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; any change applies to billing periods beginning after that notice.
- Cancel at any time. You can cancel yourself from your own account settings. No minimum term, no notice period, and no remaining balance owed.
- What happens when you cancel. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. Recurring billing stops immediately.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and for months in which you did not attend a call or use the community. Because you can cancel at any time before the next renewal, you are never charged for a period you have not chosen to continue.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until it is resolved.
- Price changes. We may change the standard price. Existing members will be given at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change affects them, and may cancel before it takes effect.
- Referral offer. Where a referral benefit is offered, it applies only to referred members who join and remain active for at least 60 days, and it may be modified or withdrawn for future referrals at any time.
- Payment processing. Billing is handled by our platform and payment processors. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.
6. Legacy Programs
The Varsity Performance System and any other program you enrolled in previously are governed by the separate enrollment agreement you signed at the time, which controls pricing, term length, cancellation, and refunds for that program. Nothing in these Terms changes an agreement already signed, and nothing in these Terms creates a right to a refund under a prior program that the signed agreement does not already provide.
7. The Community, Calls & Recordings
- Calls are recorded and made available to members. By joining a call you consent to being recorded.
- Confidentiality. What members share in the community and on calls stays in the community. Do not screenshot, republish, or repeat identifying details outside the room.
- Film you send us. Members and programs may submit game or practice footage for review. By submitting it you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant Coach Comma LLC permission to use it for coaching and instruction — on calls, in recordings posted to the community, in the courses, and in public teaching content including live streams and social media. Footage is used to teach the read or the decision, never to criticise a player by name.
- Withdrawing film. Tell us and we will stop using your footage in anything new, and remove it from community material where it is reasonably possible to do so. Material already published to a third-party platform may not be fully recoverable.
- Players under 18. Where footage includes a minor, the submitting parent, guardian, or program confirms they are authorised to give this permission.
- What we commit to. We keep the coaching to the sport — the read, the decision, the technique. We do not add a player’s last name, school, team, or contact details to public content ourselves, and we do not discuss a player’s personal or family circumstances publicly.
- Live participation. Some calls and sessions are streamed publicly and are recorded. What is said on a public session may be published as recorded, including anything a participant chooses to say about themselves, their school, or their team. We are not able to edit that out of a live broadcast, and clips from these sessions may be used in public teaching content afterwards. If you would prefer your player not be identifiable in public content, keep them off the public sessions and use the recordings and the members-only rooms instead.
- Testimonials. We may quote feedback you send us, using a first name only, unless you tell us in writing that you would rather we did not.
- Conduct. We may suspend or remove any member, without refund, for harassment, abuse, sharing access, or conduct that makes the room unsafe for other families.
8. Not Professional Advice
Coach Comma provides coaching and education. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and no coach–client relationship in any licensed profession is created by your membership.
Nothing here substitutes for the advice of a qualified physician, licensed mental-health professional, attorney, or financial adviser. If you or your teenager are dealing with a medical or mental-health concern, please speak with a licensed professional.
9. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
You agree not to misuse the website or community, share your access with non-members, or reproduce our proprietary frameworks and materials without written permission. All Coach Comma content and frameworks are the intellectual property of Coach Comma LLC.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Comma LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
