Coach Comma LLC (“Coach Comma,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and (if you choose to share it) your mobile phone number — when you submit a form, request a free resource, subscribe to our newsletter, join our community, or purchase a membership.

If you become a member, we also process the information you create inside the community: your profile, your posts and comments, your progress through course lessons, and your participation in live calls, which are recorded and made available to other members.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we receive only what we need to manage your subscription, such as the last four digits, the billing status, and the renewal date.

We also collect basic analytics about how visitors use our website.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the resources, emails, and program information you request.
• To provide and administer your membership, including billing, renewals, and support.
• To contact you about your membership, calls, and community.
• If you opt in, to send you text messages (see below).
• To improve our website, content, and programs.

We may quote feedback you send us in our marketing, using a first name only. Tell us in writing at any time if you would rather we did not, and we will stop.

Mobile Information & SMS Consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used solely by Coach Comma LLC to send the messages you have consented to receive.

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Coach Comma LLC. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business — for example our community platform, email provider, text-messaging provider, scheduling tools, and payment processor — and only as needed to provide our services, or where required by law. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the past twelve months.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site running smoothly and to understand how families use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children’s Privacy

Our community is for adults. The Front Seat is sold to and used by parents and guardians who are 18 or older. Minors do not hold accounts, do not participate in the calls, and are not members of the community.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Where a parent tells us about their teenager in a form or on a call, that information is provided by the parent and is treated as the parent’s account information.
